Each stage of your remodel gets our check before the next one covers it up (000) 000-0000

How we are set up

The Walnut Grove Remodeling Team That Stays on the Job

We sign for the whole project, schedule every trade inside it and look over each stage ourselves, so you deal with one company from the first call to the last coat.

Why We Never Split a Job

When a remodel leaves a bad memory, the culprit is seldom one careless trade. It is the space between trades: a wall closed before anyone checked the wiring behind it, a floor left out of level for whoever came next, a question nobody could answer because the person who knew had moved on.

We built the company to keep that from happening. You sign one contract, and every trade on it works through us. The project manager who measures your rooms stays with the job, and each stage is looked over before the next one goes on top of it.

What Stays Fixed on Every Job

  • No Orphaned Stages

Every stage still has an owner after it is finished. If a door starts sticking because the framing around it shifted, there is no argument over which crew caused it; both pieces were ours, so the fix is too.

  • Look Before It's Covered

Wiring before insulation, waterproofing before tile, patching before paint. We check each layer while it can still be seen, because fixing it later means tearing out good work.

  • Paper First

The itemized scope and the schedule come before the start date, and anything added later is written up with its price for your signature before anyone builds it.

  • Mess Kept to the Work Area

Covered floors along the work path, plastic walls around the work area and a cleanup before the crew leaves, so the parts of the house outside the project keep working.

Describe the project, and we will lay out roughly how it would be staged, who you would hear from along the way and what gets checked before each layer is closed in.
