The room you use first each morning
Bathroom Remodeling in Walnut Grove
Showers rebuilt, tubs swapped out, tile and vanities replaced, all by one team that sees the waterproofing, drains and wiring before tile and drywall hide them.
Everything Important Ends Up Behind Tile
In a bathroom, the parts that decide how long the room lasts are the ones you never see again: the waterproof membrane, the slope of the shower pan, the drain connection, the vent fan's duct. Once tile goes up, they are out of reach.
With one team doing the whole room, the people setting the tile already looked at what is underneath it, and they had reason to care, because the tile is theirs too.
Decide These Early
-
Moving Fixtures
Each fixture left in place reuses its existing drain. Each one that moves means opening the floor or wall for new lines, which adds both cost and days.
-
Your Only Shower?
If the house has a single full bath, mention it on the first call. We order the work to keep the out-of-service stretch short and mark it on the schedule.
-
Selections Before Tear-Out
Special-order tile, vanities and glass can take weeks. Ordering them early means the old room stays usable until everything new is on site.
Bathroom Questions
When do we get the room back?
Count on a few weeks of construction, starting once every selection is on site. A moved drain or measured glass stretches that, and the schedule shows exactly which days you will be without it.
Why does the waterproofing matter so much?
Tile and grout are not waterproof on their own. Water works through them over time, and without a continuous membrane behind them it reaches the framing. We check that layer before tile goes over it, because fixing it later means demolition.
Ready to Fix That Bathroom?
Mention the room's size, the fixture that bothers you most and anything you have noticed, like soft flooring near the toilet. We will talk through what the remodel would involve, layer by layer.
