The whole house, one job
Whole-Home Renovations in Walnut Grove
A new layout, rebuilt kitchen and baths and fresh finishes in every room, all on one contract, with each stage checked before the next one buries it.
Why a Big Job Needs Fewer Hands
A whole-house renovation stacks dozens of stages on top of each other: demolition, framing, rough-ins, inspections, insulation, drywall, cabinets, tile, trim and paint. Every one of them sits on the one before it, and every one is a chance for a problem to be covered up and forgotten.
Keeping the entire renovation with one team under one contract means the people who saw the house opened up are the ones who close it. They know where the soft joist was, which wall carries load and what got rerouted, because they were there.
Settle These Before Demolition
-
Living There or Not
You can stay put if we work the house in sections, but each section adds its own setup and cleanup. Spending the dustiest few weeks elsewhere usually brings the finish date closer.
-
What Gets Saved
Before tear-out, walk the house with us and flag anything worth keeping, like a solid-wood door or a built-in bookcase. Those pieces get removed carefully and stored for reinstallation.

Paint From Before 1978
A house built before 1978 may have lead in its older paint layers. Disturbing them calls for lead-safe containment and cleanup, which we account for in both the price and the dates.
Before You Commit to the Whole House
How many months should we expect?
Usually several. Leaving walls, drains and the kitchen where they are speeds things up considerably, and slow-arriving items like custom cabinets have to be ordered early. Your written schedule lays out every stage.
Will a renovation this size need permits?
Almost certainly for parts of it. Changes to structure, drains, gas lines or circuits generally require one. We tell you which parts of your renovation do, and each stage is built to pass its inspection before it gets covered.
Whole House on Your Mind?
Start with the rooms that bother you most and the ones you would leave alone. We can sort out how the work might be staged, which rooms go first and what drives the total.
